When you create a survey, a group and then questions and finished to create one question and want to add another question to the group, the button "Add new question to group" on the question summary page does not do anything.<br />

14108: username for login via LDAP plugin should not be case sensitive.
I uses LDAP plugin for authentication in LimeSurvey. When there is a user that has a username like HeyYou123 and the user wants to login and uses heyyou123. The user has to pay attention to upper and lower case. But ldap does not care about upper and lower case. It seems as if the username has to be exactly the same like it is in LimeSurvey Database.<br />

Moreover there is no error about invalid credentials, if the password is correct but the username is written completly in lowercase.

I am actually on Version 3.14.9+180917 but was not in list above. Hosting myself.<br />
<br />
I copied a survey I created, activated it, ran the survey and submitted and it crashes. I set debug to 2, repeated and attach the output from the crash.<br />
<br />
Based on a community suggestion, I also tried export/import of the original survey, activated that, ran it, submitted and all was fine.<br />
<br />
Given the source survey did not change in each case, I assume there may be a bug in the copy function?<br />

I have an issue with the end-url setting. I'm using Limesurvey 3.14.9+180917<br />
All ampersand signs (&) in the url are changed to & (see screenshot) when the user is at the end of the survey.<br />
But only when the "automatically load end url when survey complete" is enabled.<br />
When the "automatically load end url when survey complete" is disabled the end-url is shown correctly on the screen.

14115: time fields: input disappears
I would like to make a question to enter working hours of a workday, with start and ending hours rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour.<br />
However when I used a time field (with drop down fields) than it seems that when I go to the next page while executing the survey and then return to the previous page, the hours and minutes have disappeared. On the other hand When I use a time field with drop down format, it seems that the input steps are 1 minute even when I defined it to be 15 minutes.

we have a poll containing a single-choice question (list dropdown) with 240 answer options. This is created in 2 languages (EN and DE).<br />
Unfortunately we get the following error message when creating the question about "Quick Add" as well as about "predefined label sets":<br />
Not all answer options have been saved. This usually happens due to a server limitation (PHP setting max_input_vars) - please contact your system administrator<br />

I recently installed a fresh version of Lime Survey. I was using 2.06 without problems, but now version 3.14.11 has a problem.<br />

When I try to upload a photo to display in my survey, I am unable to browse the server to upload the photo. I get a blank window instead.

14122: Missing translation in question types labels
This happens in the last avaible 3.14.11, not in previous (eg. 3.13.1).<br />
In the admin interface, every label indicating "Question Types" results not translated. In attachments two examples from the "Add question" function in my Italian version. I verified the same behaviour in French version.

14123: Slider left/right labels not displayed correctly on iPad
When using a Multiple Numerical Input question with the Slider layout in LimeSurvey 3.x the left/right slider labels are not rendered correctly on iPad. This issue doesn't occur when simulating the iPad resolution using a desktop web browser.<br />
<br />
The right-hand label is displayed on the left and then repeated on a new line under the slider. This issue does not occur in LimeSurvey 2.x.

14124: Changing invitation/reminder dates for a certain tokens changes the date format at the database
When manually editing token details and setting a date, the date format of YYYY-MM-DD changes to DD.MM.YYYY which can cause seriosu side-effects for reminder sending for example.
